Coordinator. The «Trade campaign» is a coalition of 16 organisations working with trade policy vis-à-vis Norwegian authorities related to the ongoing negotiations in the World Trade Organization (WTO). Responsible for newsletter, PR, homepage and contact with financial stakeholders in The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad).
09. 2005-10.2007: FETT (FEMINIST JOURNAL)
Editorial assistant and journalist. Daily management and administration of the office. Fett is a feminist journal with four editions per year.
02. 2004- 06. 2004: NORWEGIAN CHURCH AID
Project leader for a campaign on Coca-Colas corporate social responsibility in India. Responsible for campaigning material and webpages, co-ordination of press releases and external information. Preparatory work for national mass mobilisation and training of activists. Lobbywork vis-à-vis Norwegian authorities, strategic planning in Norway and India.

Membership officer. Responsible for quantitative and qualitative development of active members, primarily youth and students. Recruitment and counselling of members, executive and strategic work, international representation and arrangement of annual meetings. Budget, accounting and reporting.

Theme coordinator for Stop Violence Against Women-campaign.

Communications coordinator. Responsibility for the development of a communication strategy for the project Trade Justice Voyage, about fair trade as a tool for achieving the UN millennium development goals. Leader of reference group.
02. 2002-04.2002: AFRICAN CENTRE FOR THE CONSTRUCTIVE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES, SOUTH AFRICA Internship. Responsibility for development of a curriculum in conflict management.
01.1999-04.1999: SOLIDARITY COMMITTEE OF LATIN-AMERICA IN NORWAY
Solidarity work in El Salvador and Venezuela. Participated as election observer during the presidential elections in El Salvador.

Board member. Coordination of local groups’ work with campaigns and strategic development of OSAM as a district organisation.

Wrote the application for funding through Operasjon Dagsverk. The application was admitted and NCA received 30 million NOK for projects aimed at combating trafficking in Brazil.
